POLICIES

- If you have been out of the country the last 14 days or are experiencing any COVID 19 symptoms please refrain from booking until you are better or are done at least 2 week quarantine since your trip.- Masks are MANDATORY for appointments -If you book and the days following to your appointment you get sick please contact me right away and we will rebook you! I will not have anyone who is sick in my studio as I work so close to peoples faces. - Don't wear any make up on or around your eye area as i will have to remove it & that will take away from your lashing time.- Talking while in your in service can be difficult for your extensionist, lash application requires precision.  Feel free to relax and take a nap. Lash naps are the best!- Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late will most likely be rescheduled and charged the full service amount. It is treated like a NO SHOW.  We need to accommodate others who appointment follows yours.- We require at least 24 hours notice to cancel your appointment, if less notice is given you will have to pay a cancellation fee of 25% of the service booked. - NO SHOWS, if you no show you will have to pay the 50% of the amount of the service before you can rebook again. - E transfer payments are made to prettyywinklashes@gmail.com before the service or after before you leave the studio or you may pay in cash! I do not have change tho.
